Search once, and TixTracer checks the marketplaces it covers at the same time, matches up the same event across them, and shows them side by side so you don't have to check each site separately. Today that's Ticketmaster, SeatGeek, TicketNetwork and TicketSqueeze. TicketSqueeze is listed with a link; its prices aren't shown yet. When TicketNetwork has tickets for your search, only its events are shown (see the disclosure below).
TicketNetwork gives TixTracer visitors 25% off the ticket price and TicketNetwork's service fee. There's no code: TicketNetwork applies it at its own checkout when you arrive through a TixTracer link (any "Buy" button for TicketNetwork on this site).
TixTracer works out TicketNetwork's regular price from its lowest listed ticket price for the event plus its standard 15% service fee. That is the crossed-out price. The price shown is that amount minus 25%, rounded up to the next whole dollar, so on low prices the saving can come out a little under 25%. TicketNetwork's prices change through the day and our copy can lag behind theirs, so the price at TicketNetwork's checkout is the one that counts. Each TicketNetwork price on an event page shows when TixTracer last checked it. TicketNetwork sets the discount and can change or end it. TixTracer earns a commission on TicketNetwork purchases made through its links.
TixTracer currently compares events, not individual seats. What you see is each marketplace's lowest listed price for an event, not a specific section, row or seat. Two listings at the same price could be very different seats, because the data TixTracer receives doesn't include seat detail yet. Seat-level pricing is planned.
Prices are the lowest listed price for each event. TicketNetwork prices include its service fee. For the other marketplaces, only prices marked "incl. fees" are known to include theirs; the rest may be before fees. Taxes may be added at checkout. Ticketmaster shows its listed price range, which is usually face value; TicketNetwork, TicketSqueeze and SeatGeek list resale tickets from independent sellers, so prices can be above or below face value. They come from each marketplace's own data and are refreshed regularly, not continuously, so the final price, fees and availability are always set by the site you buy from and can differ from what TixTracer showed. Confirm the total on their checkout page before paying.
Pricing and checkout happen on the ticket seller's own site, not TixTracer's. TixTracer isn't responsible for ticket delivery, refunds or customer support for a purchase made on any of them; that's between you and the site you bought from.
