Tickets bought on TicketNetwork are covered by TicketNetwork’s own 100% Money-Back Guarantee. It promises that your tickets are legitimate and valid for entry, that they arrive before the event, and that you get the seats you ordered or seats that are comparable or better. If an event is permanently canceled, you get a refund. Postponed or rescheduled events aren’t refunded under the guarantee. TixTracer earns a commission when you buy through a partner marketplace, currently TicketNetwork and TicketSqueeze. Buying anywhere else earns us nothing, and the commission doesn't change what you pay. When TicketNetwork, our affiliate partner, has tickets for your search, TixTracer shows only the events TicketNetwork lists, and each one links the other marketplaces that list it, with their prices where they share them. No. Prices come from each marketplace's own data and are refreshed regularly, not continuously. The final price, fees and availability are set by the site you buy from and can change before you check out.

Open any event and choose Set Price Alert, or use Alerts in the menu. Enter a target price and your email, and TixTracer checks the event's lowest listed price about once an hour and emails you when it reaches your target. The first time you use an address, TixTracer emails you a link to confirm it, and alerts start only after you do. Each alert belongs to the browser you set it in, and every alert email has a link to stop them.

No. Your bookmarks and recent searches are saved in your browser. A price alert needs an email address, which TixTracer uses only to confirm and send that alert, and deletes a couple of days after the event. An address that unsubscribes is kept on a do-not-email list so it can’t be signed up again.

TixTracer doesn't add any fees of its own. TicketNetwork prices include its service fee. For other marketplaces, only prices marked "incl. fees" are known to include theirs, so check the total at checkout. Taxes, if any, are added at the marketplace's checkout.

TixTracer only helps you compare options. Every purchase happens directly on the ticket seller’s own site, under that site’s own terms and policies. TicketNetwork purchases are also covered by TicketNetwork’s 100% Money-Back Guarantee (see Is my purchase protected?).
