TixTracer is a ticket price comparison tool. It searches Ticketmaster and SeatGeek at the same time and shows you the results side by side, along with tools to bookmark events, see price history, and get an email alert if a price drops. By using TixTracer, you agree to these terms.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use TixTracer for your own personal, non-commercial use: searching for and comparing tickets you're personally interested in.
TixTracer does not sell tickets, process payments, or act as a ticket reseller. Every purchase happens on Ticketmaster's or SeatGeek's own site, under their own terms and policies, after you click through from TixTracer. We're not a party to that transaction and have no ability to issue refunds, resolve disputes, or guarantee ticket delivery. That's between you and whichever site you purchased from.
We pull pricing from Ticketmaster's and SeatGeek's public APIs and display it as accurately as those sources provide it, but prices can change between the moment TixTracer shows them and the moment you complete a purchase. Ticket prices are dynamic and can rise, fall, or sell out quickly. Always confirm the final price on the seller's own checkout page before buying.
When you see "Deal Score" ratings or "Sample Price" labels on TixTracer, these reflect our own comparison logic or, when explicitly marked, sample data used for demonstration. TixTracer's name, logo, design, and original written content belong to TixTracer and shouldn't be copied or reused without permission. Ticketmaster, SeatGeek, and any artist, team, or venue names shown on TixTracer belong to their respective owners. Showing them doesn't mean they endorse or sponsor TixTracer.
TixTracer is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific price, deal, or ticket availability shown will remain accurate by the time you act on it.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TixTracer and its operator aren't liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or any purchase made through a third-party link from it. Because TixTracer is free to use, our total liability for any claim related to the site is limited to $0.
You agree to hold TixTracer harmless from any claim arising out of your misuse of the site or your violation of these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
We want TixTracer to be usable by everyone. If you run into an accessibility issue, let us know at contact@tixtracer.com so we can look into it.
We may update, change, or discontinue any part of TixTracer at any time, including temporarily taking it offline for maintenance or changes.
If these terms change, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of TixTracer after a change means you accept the updated terms.
