TixTracer is a ticket search tool. It searches several ticket marketplaces at the same time, shows the matching events with each marketplace's price where that site shares one, and links you to the site you choose. It also lets you bookmark events, see price history, and get an email alert when a price reaches a target you set. By using TixTracer, you agree to these terms.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use TixTracer for your own personal, non-commercial use: searching for and comparing tickets you're personally interested in.
TixTracer does not sell tickets, process payments, or act as a ticket reseller. Every purchase happens on the ticket seller's own site, under their own terms and policies, after you click through from TixTracer. We're not a party to that transaction and have no ability to issue refunds, resolve disputes, or guarantee ticket delivery. That's between you and whichever site you purchased from. TicketNetwork offers its own 100% Money-Back Guarantee on its orders; any claim under it goes to TicketNetwork.
We take pricing from each marketplace's own data and display it as accurately as those sources provide it. It's refreshed regularly, not continuously, so prices can change between the moment TixTracer shows them and the moment you complete a purchase. Ticket prices change often, and tickets can sell out quickly. Always confirm the final price on the seller's own checkout page before buying.
TicketNetwork prices shown on TixTracer include the TixTracer discount at TicketNetwork, which TicketNetwork gives to buyers who arrive through TixTracer's links. TixTracer calculates the displayed price from TicketNetwork's data; TicketNetwork applies the discount at its checkout, sets its terms, and may change or end it at any time. Anything marked as a sample price is not a real price. None of this is a guarantee of savings or ticket availability. More detail is on the Trust & Transparency page.
Some links on TixTracer are affiliate links: those to TicketSqueeze and TicketNetwork. If you buy after clicking one, TixTracer may earn a commission from that marketplace at no extra cost to you. When TicketNetwork, our affiliate partner, has tickets for your search, TixTracer shows only the events TicketNetwork lists, and each one links the other marketplaces that list it, with their prices where they share them. If TicketNetwork has nothing for a search, events from the other marketplaces are shown instead. Links to marketplaces we have no affiliate relationship with earn us nothing.

TixTracer's name, logo, design, and original written content belong to TixTracer and shouldn't be copied or reused without permission. Ticketmaster, SeatGeek, TicketNetwork, TicketSqueeze, and any artist, team, or venue names shown on TixTracer belong to their respective owners. TixTracer is independent: it isn't owned, operated or endorsed by any of them. It does earn commissions from TicketNetwork and TicketSqueeze as an affiliate (see the Trust & Transparency page). TicketNetwork, TicketSqueeze and SeatGeek list resale tickets from independent sellers, whose prices can be above or below face value; Ticketmaster prices shown are its listed price range.
TixTracer is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific price, deal, or ticket availability shown will remain accurate by the time you act on it.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TixTracer and its operator aren't liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or any purchase made through a third-party link from it. Because TixTracer is free to use, our total liability for any claim related to the site is limited, to the extent the law allows, to $100.
You agree to hold TixTracer harmless from any claim arising out of your misuse of the site or your violation of these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

We may update, change, or discontinue any part of TixTracer at any time, including temporarily taking it offline for maintenance or changes.
If these terms change, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of TixTracer after a change means you accept the updated terms.
